Request deletion of your data

To request deletion from iProbio Dashboard or its Meta integration, Cost Import, email admin@iprobio.sk. You do not need a dashboard account to make a request.

What to include

• Use the subject Dashboard data deletion request and give an email address where we can reply.
• Describe the records you want removed. For a Facebook or Instagram record, include the Page, profile or post URL and explain your relationship to it. For dashboard, customer or employment data, include the relevant account email or record reference.
• Tell us whether you also want the relevant dashboard connection or account closed.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in your initial email. If we need more information to verify your identity or authority, we will ask for only what is necessary.

How the request is handled

A company administrator reviews the request, verifies the relationship to the data and locates relevant records. This is a manual process. Where deletion applies, it must cover the relevant imported data, saved posts, analyses, archives, notifications, exports and provider-held copies, rather than just a login or connection token. We will explain any records that must be retained, the reason and the applicable retention period or criteria.

We will reply within one month of receiving your request. A complex request can require up to two additional months where the law permits; we will explain the extension within the first month. You can ask for progress by replying to the same email thread.

Backups are handled as part of the request. Any retained recovery copy must remain restricted and the deletion must be reapplied before restored data returns to ordinary use. Deletion from this dashboard does not delete the original post or account on Facebook, Instagram or another provider.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You can revoke the app’s access in your Facebook business integrations. Separately, an authorised dashboard user can disconnect the social account in dashboard settings, which removes that connection’s stored dashboard token. Facebook-side removal does not itself delete our stored records. Imported history can remain after either step; email us if you want it reviewed for deletion as well.

In the separate Meta reviewer area, signing out clears the local reviewer connection cookies. The session and connection also expire automatically. Browser-only save and dismiss choices reset when the page is reloaded.
